Problems have been experienced using the Firefox browser to authenticate to iTunesU, especially in the General Access Labs on campus. Safari or Internet Explorer should be used to access the UW Oshkosh iTunesU content.

Users of older Windows operating systems have reported the need to have the iTunes application open before clicking on the link.
