Information Techology Office issues call for proposals.

November 15, 2007

Completed Form B's (2 copies) for ALL proposals are due in the Information Techology Office (Polk 204).  The submission will include the Form B(s) and attachment(s).

November 20, 2007

Information Technology Office distributes ALL Lab Mod proposals received by November 15th to Deans for their respective review and rank ordering; Classroom Mod proposals to CMUG for their review and rank ordering; General Computer Access proposals to ACUG.

December 14, 2007

Information Technology Office forwards proposals received from Deans to the Director of Planning & Construction for review and signature.

February 29, 2008

Director of Planning & Construction completes review and ALL proposals are returned to the Information Techology Office.

March 6, 2008

Deans submit Lab Mod college priorities to the Information Techology Office.

March 5, 2008

Provost's Administrative Staff members receive copies of ALL Lab Mod proposals, with criteria, for review and rank ordering.

March 17, 2008

Rank order from Provost's Administrative Staff due in Information Techology Office; CMUG recommendations, along with Form B's, due in Information Techology Office; ACUG recommendations, along with Form B's, due in Information Techology Office.

March 21, 2008

Provost's Administrative Staff members receive copies of all recommendations.

April 1, 2008

Provost's Administrative Staff meeting to finalize priority list for 2006-2007.
