How to get technical help--instructors

If you are a student, please see [Technical Help for Students].Three types of help are available for instructors.
- D2L FAQs/WIKI. These pages answer many common questions and problems. Please check them out before calling or emailing. If your problem is there, you are likely to get a faster answer.
- Media Services Staff. d2l@uwosh.edu (424-2210, D2L campus administrator) and Nick Dvoracek (424-7363) can provide technical support. We also provide instructional design assistance. Staff are generally available from 7-4:30 M-F.
- A 6am-1am/7/364 Help Desk is available for problems such as javascript, logging in, error messages, cookies, etc. This help desk is staffed via UW Madison; it is NOT the UW Oshkosh Help Desk. It should only be used for D2L-related questions. The help desk personnel will NOT have access to your course, so they will not be able to help with a particular course item. Call 1-888-435-7589 and choose option 3 or report your problem via their form.
- Online help through LUW is also available.
