How do I find my login information

This information is for users with UW Oshkosh email accounts. This includes all currently registered students, instructors/faculty with current contracts, and instructors/faculty in collaborative programs who have students enrolled in the Oshkosh student information system (TitanWeb). If you are none of the above, contact the person who said you have access to the Oshkosh D2L for information about your username and password.
- You need to know your TitanMail email username.
- You may be able to look it up in the email user search.
- Contact your department. The program assistant may be able to find it for you.
- Contact the UW Oshkosh Help Desk, 424-3020.
- You need to know your TitanID#, the 7-digit number on your TitanCard.
- If you visit or are near campus, you can get your TitanCard from TitanCentral in Reeve Union.
- If you are at a distance, contact your department. The program assistant will be able to find it for you.
- Before you can login to TitanMail or D2L, you must change your default password.
- Go to the TitanMail password change page.
- Your old password is your TitanID#.
- Be sure to follow the password restrictions.
- Make note of your new password.
- As soon as you submit your query, you will be able to login to D2L and to TitanMail.
- If you do not wish to use TitanMail to check UW Oshkosh email, please forward your account to one you access regularly. Your UW Oshkosh email will be used to send email from D2L (as well as receiving many other university emails).
