How do I combine crosslisted or multi-section courses

From D2L Wiki

If you have a crosslisted or multi-section course, they can be combined into one site for you. Just email us (please do not call) the following information. You will not receive confirmation via email due to the number of requests we receive each semester. Generally, requests are done they day they are received (if before 2pm) but may take two or three days; please check your D2L course list to see if it has been done. Please place multiple requests in one email.

Semester: Fall Spring Summer
Department name(s) (as it appears in D2L): (such as Educational Leadership or Spanish)
Course name(s) (as it originally appeared in D2L/appears in TitanWeb): (such as Calculus II or Inst Tech or Coun Tech Pers Grth)
Section numbers (if you teach every section of the course, feel free to just say ALL): (such as 001, 002, and 004 or 001L and 001C)
Which section (by section number and/or department) to use (see below):

If you have already put content into one of the sites, you must tell indicate which section you have already used so that one is the one that appears after the combining. To find out, go to Edit Course: Course offering information and look at the course offering path. You'll see the long course code which includes the section #. If you don't tell which section to use, they will go into the lowest section/course number. Your content may appear to disappear if this isn't the one you wanted; we can get it back, but it's a hassle. If a graduate/undergraduate course, please indicate which section by course number (saying 001 makes no sense since both are 001).
